Are there any costs to sign-up?

No. There are no initial costs to joining the Affiliate program, and no ongoing costs for participating in the Currency Online Affiliate Program.

What commission will I earn?

The Currency Online Affiliate Program allows you to introduce your own clients, visitors and business associates to Currency Online whereby, should they sign up as an Currency Online client, you shall receive 10% of the gross corporate profit on each and every currency deal they complete.

How do I track my earnings?

We provide a quarterly report which we will email to you, showing exactly how many referral transactions have been completed and how much profit has been generated from those transactions. Online real time reporting coming soon.

What methods of payment do you use?

Your commission is calculated in NZD and will be placed in to your Currency Online NZD account for you to disburse as you see fit.

How frequently do I get paid?

Payment will be made quarterly, on the 20th of that month.

How are referrals tracked to me?

Every webtool or e-mail promotion, which is a part of your Affiliate activity, will be assigned a Unique Referral Code (URC). That will accurately identify your customers or website visitors as arrivals from your site. If a customer registers through these channels, your URC is permanently associated to that account, so you will always be credited your percentage of profit resulting from transactions that customer completes with Currency Online.

Where can I change my password?

After you have logged-in, just enter the My-Account menu item and make the changes you wish. In case you have difficulties with that, please contact your Affiliate account manager or send an e-mail to affiliate@currencyonline.com

Why do I get the message "Invalid username or password" when I try to login?

If you are sure that you are entering your username and password correctly, please contact us and we will reset your login attempts. After we have reset your attempts, please make sure that your "CAPS LOCK" is off when you try to login (since the system is case sensitive), and that your entry does not have "space" in it (which may cause the erroneous message).

Are there restrictions on my type of website?

Yes. We do not accept websites that are pornographic or sites that promote illegal activity of any nature.

How do I access your WebTools for my website?

To access the FX WebTools, you will first need to sign up for the Affiliate program. Once you are confirmed as an Affiliate, you will be given clear instructions on how to put the WebTools on your website.
